Support Policy
Support policy for TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) and TIBCO Products dependent on TRA
TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) versions - 5.11.0,5.10.1,5.10.0,5.9.x and earlier versions, will be removed from the regular TIBCO distribution channels as of November 30, 2020, and will not be distributed under any circumstances after March 31, 2021. We recommend customers download backups of the above TRA versions installer package from TIBCO Software Product eDelivery Site. Please review the article 000041315 for complete details about this policy.

Impact of security provider changes on TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.14, 5.13.x
TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) 5.11.1 and 5.10.2 release introduces BouncyCastle as a new security provider and removes Entrust. Refer to 000041516 article for important information about security provider changes and recommended settings for your applications.
Troubleshooting EMS connectivity issues
BusinessWorks applications can be configured for reconnecting to the TIBCO Enterprise Message Service server after a connection failure.
