Error deleting Module Properties from Tibco BW 6.4.2 Project

I deleted a couple of Module Properties and references from back-end from both Application Module and Application Projetcs.

I removed the entries from below files:

 

Application Modules

 

default.substvar

module.bwm

 

 

Application

 

TIBCO.xml

All .substvar files

 

 

 

After that, I compared the files from before and after. Everything is good.

However, when I open the Project in Designer/Studio, I am seeing below error.

Module profile configuration error. The configuration profile [default] in BusinessWorks module [i-6002_SelfServicePortalAPI] must configure all module properties.

 

Any idea how to fix that Any help appreciated.

I finally figured out.

I was converting the files to unix.

It is working fine after keeping the existing format.
