Brad Wyatt Posted May 2, 2019 Posted May 2, 2019 Hi, I'm working on a customer, Jackson Public Schools (org ID 35896). I tried to create a connection for Dropbox, and got "Could not find a running agent which supports this connector. " I also tried creating a connection for OpenGov Datasets, and got the same message. What forms of troubleshooting should I ask the customer to try out I can't proceed with working on this integration until at least the latter is resolved. Perhaps even getting online with someone from Scribe to help with us would be great.
