How to calculate and draw red noise confidence levels on the graph calculated by spectral analysis

Hi, I'm interesting in data processing using spectral analysis.

What I want to do now is calculating and graphing red noise and each 90%, 95%, 99% confidence levels on the graph of my datacalculated by spectral analysis as the file (Becagli et al., 2009) attached here.

I also attach the file (SH_Spectral)of my graph of my data calculated by spectral analysis using Statistica (I extracted the analyzed data and re-drawing the graph using other program).

I want to add red noise and each confidence levels on the graph, but don't know how to do it..

I hope someone can solve my problem.

Thanks
