TIBCO BW 6.5 Debug mode is working intermittently

Am facing this strong issue as when we run the BW 6.5 code in debug mode, engine starts and ends after some time., it gives the informationas "No operations to display".

This issue is happening intermittently but most of the times. I have changed the below settings but no luck.

 

1) Re isntalled the BW 6.5

2) changed the debug port from 9090 to 9091 etc.

3) Also in the VM arguments "Dorg.osgi.service.http.port=8091", changed the port form 8090 to 8091.

4) Edited the values of xms and XMS to larger values , compare to the original values.

Any idea what are the other settings which we can try to make it run all the time.Any one faced similar issue.
