Scribe One process froze the rest processes

Hello,

We have two collaborations 1, 2. Process A in collaboration 1 query return big amount of results and it keeps running. All processes under collaboration 2 are frozen. they're not being updated for hours (they supposed to update every 5 mins).

How can this happen Is there any way we can run them parallelly or run the process multi-thread
