Deployment error in tibco BPM

While deploying a Tibco BPm Application we are getting the below error:

Error invoking bulk action deploy on Application: TIBCO-AMX-ADMIN-012603: Not allowed to deploy the version '34.0.0.20190522153601726' of application 'nl.nn.bp.PensionsSMB.Waardeoverdracht.Notification' since the older version(s) are not in Preparing for Undeploy state: [22.0.0.201803061100]. An upgrade from these versions may have failed in the past and that is why they are not in the expected state. If the upgrade to version '33.0.2.20180913165028395' had failed, you may need to force-undeploy it first (work items for this version will be cancelled)

We had an upgrade from BPM version 2.2 to 4.2 in September 2018.The Template version 22.0.0 was in BPM 2.2 and Template version 33.0.2 was in BPM Version 4.2

The Template version 33.0.2 was running fine in BPM version 4.2

When we are now trying to deploy a new version 34.0.0,getting the error:

1. AMX version and HF level Version 3.3.0.HF17

2. BPM version and HF level BPM 4.2.0

Could you please let me know if anybody have experienced this problem.

We cannot go ahead with the forec undeploy or kill as we have live cases running in Production
