Sidney Cohen 2 Posted May 27, 2019 Posted May 27, 2019 Hello, I have an issue sometimes where a work queue is unavailable and I get an error message (my version is in french). I have to have the engine rebooted so the user can gainacces to their work queue again. We are running 11.4.2. Is there a command I can run or an SQL so I can unlock the situation without having to restart the entire platform Best Regards, Sidney
