Message Processors stop Daily at 6:00 AM

Using Insight 7.9.5 on Windows Server 2012 R2 standard.

All of Our integrations are on a schedules. Some run once a Day others run more frequently. I have a process that runs at 5:00 AM every day. It always runs. At 6:00 AM some of the jobs on repeating schedules start running. At this point no Message Processors are spawnned. and nothing is processing. The input queue starts to back up.

All Scribe services are running. To get the integrations working again I either restart the server or restart the Scribe messageserver service.

Everyting runs fine until 6:00 the next Day.

THis started happening after we installed the last update (that Put Tibco name/logo's on everyrthing)

We used to have a sleep cycle but removed it a while ago. All scheduled integrations wither run once a day or every 'x' minutes from 6 or 7 AM to 8 PM.

Hello Russ,

You have a case open with TIBCO Scribe Support in regards to this issue.

Typically it is caused by either too many messages in the MSMQ queues, including the System Dead-letter Message queue, or by maintenance or backups performed overnight on the SQL server where the Scribe Internal Database is located.

To resolve those issues, you would need to purge the appropriate message queues to reduce the number of messages, as well as setup a sleep period overnight within the Scribe Console under Administration -> Site Settings -> Sleep Period.

If either / both of those donot resolve the issue, please feel free to continue on the case.

Thank you,

Wesley C.
