"Variables" and "Job data->output" tab is always empty in debug mode

Good afternoon Tibco Community,

I have tibco 6 running on my machine locally.

Version: 6.3.0

Built on Eclipse Platform Version: 4.4.1

I am running into an issue that is making it difficult for me to work. The "Variables" and "Job Data->output" tabs are always empty when I run the debugger mode. I have alocated more memory to my IDE, and even attempted re installing my Tibco.

I'm fairly certain that i am using the software correctly, I did follow the instructions found here:

I'll happily share any of my machine's configuration if it will help in debugging.Any ideas on how to trouble shoot this would be appreciated.
