Unable to connect to D365 using scribe on-premise agent on laptopA, but on laptopB it works fine, also fine when using cloud agent.

Unable to connect to D365 using scribe on-premise agent on laptopA, but on laptopB it works fine, also fine when using cloud agent.

Error message from connector:

Connection test failed: Verify that you have entered the correct credentials to the target Microsoft 365 Dynamics URL and Organization. Also check to be sure system time for the Scribe Online Agent is current. The following exception message was returned from the 365 Connector: The security timestamp is invalid because its creation time ('2019-06-12T14:17:45.673Z') is in the future. Current time is '2019-06-12T14:12:20.799Z' and allowed clock skew is '00:05:00'.

Laptop A was indeed lagging about 6 mins behind.

After adjusting the windows clock to the right actual time on laptopA where the scribe agent is running,

The D365 CRM connection test in Scribe online was again successful from agent running on laptop A.
