How to fetch message from a TOPIC in Rest service

Hi,

 

I have BW Process 'A' which fetch data from a file whenever file gets updated and put on TIBCO EMS topic. Process 'B' is rest service which should fetch the message from Topic and share to UI page. I able to design Process A and working fine but not able to design Process B as per above requirement.

I have to used JMS Receiver Message (process starter) which fetch message from topic and put on file as normal process not as rest service. Created extra process C which reads the file and share to UI as Rest Service.

Could anyone has idea on this issue please help me.
