New options available before showing an initial form to a user when they use a creator or action process

 

 

 

Rather than start your creator and action processes with a single form where you want a user to enter some data, you can now choose whether you want any other tasks to be performed before the case creation or action is initiated. You can:

 

fetch data from a company data service or perform a calculation as input to the form that the user submits.

have the user provide some initial input before fetching and calculating data. The user then completes and submits the form.

 

Easily create a phrase in a data calculation task

 

 

 

You can now quickly and easily create a phrase in a data calculation task. For example, you can create a phrase like this one:

Customer Order: {{Order/Id}} approved by {{Process Starter/Name}}
