Getting Operation timeout errors while invoking Tibco Active spaces.

We are getting Operation Timeouet errrors while invoking Tibco Active Space.Can anyone tell why this timeouts happen and what is the resolution

.I tried to check AS logs but didnt find any thing.Please let us know where to check Active space logs as well.
