Is there a way to make a curve static in scatterplot even when filters are applied

Hi Folks,

Following is my requirement,

I have a scatter plot and a strainght line has to be drawn (45 degree angle).

And when i apply filters, the curve should remain constant. It should not change its shape at any cost.

Please let me know if there is any way to do
