of course

 

1.  Column expect: Return the result according to the column [count] over [type]

 

2. For each blank value of the count column, returned result is the value of the cell right above it over Type

 

3. the first cells of 2 types "a" and "b" in the Type column return null value

 

4. Red word in column T: not my expect

 

5. Red word in column Expect: my expect
