Rob Shrubsall Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 We are working on two Scribe servers (development and production) version 7.9.2. There is one particular job that uses a Dynamics NAV Adapter (2017) that fails to run on production, but runs on development. Both connecting to the same servers using the same connectors. NavAdapter DLLs are the same version. However, Dynamics NAV Publishers work on both production and development. On production we receive the following error when executing in Scribe Workbench: Execution terminated - source adapter user count invalid (Invalid Query: Table 'LicenseInformation' not found, Scribe.NavAdapter.Table - Error opening table or query.) On development there are NO entries in the KSYNC table for section AdapterSettings, but in production there are entries for ADP-SCRM and ADP-SERP Can anybody shed any light as to the issue Is it down to licensing, and what might we be missing
