Not able to start application on TEA UI and backend

Hi All,

I am not able to start application on TEA UI and backend.

Rebooted machine and restarted TEA,Bwagent still same issue.

I have cleaned the domains and tried to start Application from backend also, its not starting.

Error while starting application from backend:
