Lines and Curves properties - Vertical Line option greyed out

Hello all

My requirement:

Have X axis with YearMonth, and Y axis, 2 set of numericvalues.

Need to plot a Line Chart and have a Vertical Line againstX axis values (conditional, for example, in 200101 and 200301). When I tried using Vertical Line option its greyed out. Is thera a way I can add a Vertical Line and use a condition somelthing, like (YearMonth = '200101' or '200301'.) and have a vertical line plotted against 200101 and 200301

Any ideas appreciated.
