user select year and month drop down property and "INPUT Field for row" of cross table then the data will display in another table or excel .can any one help out

Hello Friends,

INPUT :

I have data as per shown in input image .

In cross table i have "TYPE","VALUE","INPUT","TOTAL(value + INPUT)" and "DELTA" columns.

user has to select "YEAR" and "MONTH" dropdown and 3 input fileds for 3 rows as per "INPUT image".

OUTPUT:

if user select "YEAR" 2016 and "Month" is JAN and "INPUT for row1" is 2

next time user select "YEAR" 2016 and "Month" is AUGand "INPUT for row1" is 5

then i would like to get "OUTPUT2 image" values.

"OUTPUT2 image" value should save in another table.
