Integrate Insight 7.8 with Dynamics 365 v.9 On Premise

Hi all,

 

I'm currently working on a project where we are going to substitute an On-Premise Microsoft Dynamics 2013 implementation with an IaaS On-Premise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, we will perform a fresh installation of Dynamics 2013 and restore the prodution organization, move to Dynamics 365 and then switch off the current Dynamics 2013 production instance. In order to achieve the objective,we need to setup some Insight flows that will transfer the data from 2013 to 365. Our customer currently owns Insight 7.8 with CRM Adapter, version 5.5.0. I already know there's no support for Dynamics 365 for the given adapterbut I'm wondering: if we're going to use the 365 Organization.svc endpoint, shouldn't it be possible to migrate the data between the two systems, considering that the endpoint has not changed at all Of course it is not the best solution, but I'd like to understand whether it should work or it is already known it will not.
