Failed to open one or more connections

Hello,

 

I'm using scribe to import data from a CSV file to Salesforce.

the data imported are contacts, leads, emails, etc... It was working fine since January 2019, but for the last 2 weeks the below error is showing :

"Failed to open one or more connections: The following error has occurred in the Text Connector: Could not list directory"

Can someone please assist.

Could you try, setting up a new connection to a test csv file for troubleshooting or try to copy that csv file and make an extra connection that reads that particular csv file, can it read the file OK
