Method Not Allowed with Rest Connection

I'm trying to create a REST Connection, but everytime it gets triggerd I get the following errors:

 

Message: An unexpected error occurred.: Error in calling Operation Post Exception executing method: RESTConnector.ExecuteOperation

 

 

is this something with the Specifications JSON in the Connection settings modal Or am I not configuring something correctly
