How do I consume file data sources that exist in a different location, different host machine than the one the TDV server is installed on I see in the MS Excel (non-ODBC) adapter that a URL can be used. When I try to use "file://" it fails. The location of the files I want to consume are on a windows shared drive {"\fileslocatedhere"). Permission has been granted to an enitity account, which is included in a windows metagroup that has permissions to access these files.

I've also tried using other adapters, such as the Sharepoint Excel adapter, and the other file adapters and I've been unsuccessfull in getting this to work.

The only solution I found for this is to "mount" the external location onto the linux host machine and treating the file location as if it were a "local" directory. Not ideal so it would be really nice to have the ability to connect to files located eternally.
