How to compare Server clocks to account for offset

Using Scribe Insight 7.9.5 between Salesforce and locally hosted IBM AS400 ERP and the clocks slowly get out of sync. (off by 3min 11sec after 10 months).

I'd like to simply compare the AS400 clock vs the Scribe sever clock (Current_TimeStamp). I'll use the differential to adjust the time stamp query window so all records updated since the last run are found.

Is there an established best practice for capturingthe current IBM clock time and comparing that to the Server clock
