How do I split a single Raw into multiple rows

I have an input table like this. What kind of trasformation can i use to change a single row into multiple rows.

Desired Result.

A X 100

A X 200

A X 300

B Y 200

B Y 400

B Y 100

C Y 300

C Y 100

C Y 200
