Request/Reply maps timing out

Request-Reply maps have been timing out with a network error frequently with our integration for the past 24 hours.

 

Occasionally it has been difficult to diagnose, but it appears to be a successful run that never actually generates the reply outbound.

 

i.e. The interface shows a successful run that took 1 second but after 90 seconds the browser just times out with a network error as it receives no reply from the Scribe services.

 

Frequent agent restarts have been attempted.
