Filtering schema control

My dashboard now is in a mess. Can you tell me what to do

I have two groups of pictures, bar charts are for area and personnel and a line chart is for personnel time-series data. I have two filtering schemas, one for filtering old or new customers and the other for filtering specific time. I want to use the filter for customers on the whole dashboard and the other filter for specific time-series data for a bar chart (Sales in January by a different person). I also want to click on a person to show a time series of data about him.What can I do to make the dashboard
