Failed to initialize the internal database: Error retrieving product id from the db

I'm running the Scripe setup on a new labtop.

I'm using my windows administrator account

I request a new imbedded database and it is installed fine and running.

This error comes when service Scribe Adminserverer is starting up, it fails withh error:

Failed to initialize the internal database: Error retrieving product id from the db

I can start Scribe workbench and see the database but when add site to Scribe console it fails.(probably becauseScribe Adminserverer has failed).

I have ensure that my user is in group Scribe console users
