Request to Fliter out duplicates based on certain conditions from a list

Dears,

I am trying to build a logic to fliter duplicaes based on some condition. Below is the example INPUT and OUTPUT:

Terminated

Node is repeating in the above input structure and I need to filterout the duplicates which has the maximum date.

 

My purpose is to extract the duplicate nodes based on the maximum date from the above Input.

 

Could someone please help in finding a clue to the above.
