ProcedureList option not coming in IprocessWorkSpace Browser

HI ,

Please can someone help me here.

WHen i login to Iprocess Workspace browser , i am not seeing , "ProcedureList" option on down left side.

Attached image file.

Also on Options page , it is disabled.

I need to see few procedures and save it in XPDL format. WHen i do from command line it comes as XFR. SO i am unable to import to Business Studio.

Please can someone help how i can enable ProceduresList.
