ANSWER:

CAHNGE FORMAT

select ITEM_COUNT,TOKEN_EXPIRY_TIME,RECORD_TYPE,

to_char(CREATED_DATE_TIME,'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SSTZH:TZM') AS CREATED_DATE_TIME from TM_SLOT_TOKEN where COLLECTION_DATE= and TOKEN_ID=
