Hi,

We have some issues with a new Tibco iProcess Engine installation on Windows 2016 Server. We are using Oracle with Oracle client12.2.0.1.

After finishing the config steps the installer is installing the database objects. After this we receive an error: Unable to open the file: License file. . After OK, several other error messages are shown:

- CreatePtrocess ((null)utilsconfig.exe -... ) failed:2

- Filed to set Filepermissions.

When we start the installer for the second time we can start an upgrade for existing server. We receive an error message immediately that we cannot connect to the database. The first installation however could...
