XA Transcation Error for Tibco BW

We have Tibco BW Component deployed as Ec2 instance on top of AWS.Sometimes the XA Transcation manager are giving the below error.

The Error is quite intermittent and not coming always

86:0java.lang.IllegalStateExceptionBaseTransaction.commit - [com.arjuna.ats.internal.jta.transaction.arjunacore.notx] [com.arjuna.ats.internal.jta.transaction.arjunacore.notx] no transaction!

Did some of you faced similar issuesDo the Code needs to be adjusted and design needs to change or something related to the product(transcation manager itself).We are using Tibco BW 5.14
