Tibco BusinessWorks6 localhost error

Hi to everyone,

 

I'm quite new to TIbco business works 6, and I encountered this strange error :

 

Everytime I try to create a JDCB on localhost a "connection refused" error jump off,

so I start to verify if my system have problems but from windows I ping on localhost without problems.

 

Any suggestion about resolve this annoying problem
