Xpath formula for filtering Max Date of multiple dates in Iteration Process

I am looking for how to pick the max date from multiple dates in Iteration Process.

My End dates are as following and I am expecting 2020/05/17 as output value which is latest end date or span

a 2018/01/01 2018/12/31

b 2020/01/01 2020/05/14

c 2020/05/15 2020/05/17

Every time iteration process randomly picks the first value that go throughs.Can some one suggest whatxpath formula i can use inorder to pick the max date

Currently I am using following formula, which picks randomly,

tib:compare-date( $CurrentMemberAttribute/pfx5:MemberAttributeValue/pfx5:EndDate,current-date())
