Agent status shutdown - please advise

Our support team can take care of that for you. Use the "OPEN A SCRIBE ONLINE CASE" button at the bottom of the home page on this support site to create the case. They will want to know your Scribe Online organization number and the reason why you are asking for the agent service to be restarted.
If your agent is indicating a status of shutdown, it means that the agent service was stopped and the agent communicated a successful shutdown process to the Scribe Online cloud. I think the best thing to do is to restart the agent service. You can start the "Scribe Online Agent" service that is on the computer where the agent was installed to get things going.
