Created new solution (existing one disappeared) - existing tables aren't updating

We were required to create a new solution to sync Dynamics CRM. We had account, contact, activitypointer,phonecall and several other tables in the target SQL Server database. It looks like those tables aren't updating. Can I just drop them and run SOL to repopulate them. We are running the "recommended tables" option
