CVA 1.3.0 StreamBase warning at startup

Hi,

I've upgraded the CVA to version 1.3.0 and when I start the 07-sb-run.bat, I get the following warnings at the beginning. The engine still starts fine, so no big deal, but I wanted to report that.

Starting at 13:35:43.47

Also, there is a typo (minor) in the get started doc: page 22 - 4. Starting up. In step 5. BusinessEvents Simulator, the script name in the file system is 08-sim-run.bat, not 08-be-run.bat.
