On Dynamics 365 version 9x, we get the following error every time Scribe runs. "Error in Call to Child Process" on CrmMigrationSchema salesprocessinstance salesprocessinstanceid anyone else getting this error? If so, how did you resolve it?
We have a straight replication, meaning, we take data out of Dynamics 365 to a replication server. We don't run any workflows or processes against the records when we replicate. It is literally, just a copy from dynamics to SQL using Scribe.
My first thought is that you have workflow rules configured for the entity or entities you're integrating to. Can you check? Workflows that are configured to run when records are changed or created could cause integration errors with Scribe; Scribe will raise those errors.
Another thought is that you're changing Statecode/Statuscode of a record with child records, and that process is failing (i.e. stages of an opportunity).
You can review which maps in your solution are raising errors by looking at the Execution History tab, which will also display the label of the block causing this error.
