Error in .loadNamespaceImpl(package, path, keep.source, partial) : error executing useDynLib for dynamic library...

Hi,

TERR 4.0.2

I'm getting the error "Error in .loadNamespaceImpl(package, path, keep.source, partial) : error executing useDynLib for dynamic library..." in a number of cases.

Using the filter() function of dplyr:

> dplyr::filter(df, a > 5)
Warning message:
In library.dynam(chname = chname, package = package, lib.loc... : Could not load foreign binary C:/Users/sfadmin/Documents/TERR/x86_64-pc-windows-library/4.0/lazyeval/libs/x64/lazyeval.dll: The specified procedure could not be found.
Error in .loadNamespaceImpl(package, path, keep.source, partial) : error executing useDynLib for dynamic library 'lazyeval' from package 'lazyeval' loaded from C:/Users/sfadmin/Documents/TERR/x86_64-pc-windows-library/4.0 : Error in library.dynam(chname = chname, package = package, lib.loc = ... : Foreign binary lazyeval could not be loaded

Loading the lazyeval package:

> library(lazyeval)
Warning message:
In library.dynam(chname = chname, package = package, lib.loc... : Could not load foreign binary C:/Users/sfadmin/Documents/TERR/x86_64-pc-windows-library/4.0/lazyeval/libs/x64/lazyeval.dll: The specified procedure could not be found.

Loading the data.table package:

> library(data.table)
Error in .loadNamespaceImpl(package, path, keep.source, partial) : error executing useDynLib for dynamic library 'datatable' from package 'data.table' loaded from C:/Users/sfadmin/Documents/TERR/x86_64-pc-windows-library/4.0 : Error in library.dynam(chname = chname, package = package, lib.loc = ... : Checking TRUELENGTH(allocVector(INTSXP,2)) [2] is 0 ... failed. Please forward this message to maintainer('data.table') or datatable-help.

Any ideas what's missing?

Other packages, such as dplyr, load fine, though.
