Error: Multi-record operations are not allowed. Mapping Order Product to Invoice Product
Hi Albert, I've discovered that on the invoicedetail Update step, it is matching ALL invoice products in CRM that have the matching Product ID (instead of the order related to the invoice).
Product ID - 12345
There are 25 total invoice products in CRM that have a product ID 12345, therefore the error message states "Multi-record operations are not allowed. At least 25 records matched."
How do I modify my steps to only update the invoice product related to the correct order? I thought that the Seek step on salesorderid from step 1 would filter out the results, but when it gets to step 2, it is trying to update all 25 invoice products with that id.
I am trying to update one custom field "new_msrp" from order product to invoice product. Below are my steps. When running Test, the field is mapping properly on the correct invoice product. However when running the job I get this error.
Step 1: Invoice Seek: Lookup link (salesorderid)
Step 2: invoicedetail Update: Lookup link (productid)
"Multi-record operations are not allowed. At least 100 records matched.
Parameter name: allowMulti"
