Error performing bulk operation for ActivityPartyTable. Please set your thread count to '1' in the CRM Adapter Settings.

I am getting this when i try to import into activity party and unless is set the thread count to  it fails on all records. i used to have it on 32 and bulk insert set to 1000 records. processing is not taking ages around 50k records takes 3 hours before it was 1000 records per minute or there abouts. 

 

its scribe insight 7.9.2, there is around 1.5 m activity parties to upload
