Export error not available

When a Solution fails, I download the error file and make corrections to my data as needed. This morning I am unable to export the errors. The "Export Error" option is greyed out, and I cannot access it. Any idea why this is happening? I am using Firefox, which I always use, and logged out and logged back in, and am still unable to Export the Errors. I've attached a screenshot of the greyed out option.
