Hello folks, Is there any script in place to hide/show columns dynamically in table visualization based on button click - action control?
You have to modify TableColumns collection in Table visualization, as in example below:
from Spotfire.Dxp.Application.Visuals import TablePlot
# vis is a script parameter passing Table visualization
v = vis.As[TablePlot]()

Hi MJ..Ty for the reply. Well ur ex has a property control->Value, Region and a button 'Change it". User selects an option and then clicks on a button and the DT changes. Rather I want thhe DT to change on click on say ex: two button :One reads "Value" and another "Region"...No property control just toggle between
You have to add visualization (table visualization) as a parameter with name vis. You have to change 'Data Table' to your data table name used by table visualization and change the index of column to remove ( in this case it will remove first column). If you get an error, please show me the message.
