Hello all, Does anyone known how I can access to additional Dynamics GP tables through the agent?
Yes, you can use two separate Connections within the same Map or Solution; one using the GP Connector and one the SQL Server Connector. You do not need separate Agents per connection.
You should not have any issues caused by opening multiple connections at the same time.
Yes, you can use the SQL Server connector to expose your GP Company database(s).
When connecting to the database, our SQL connector will try to expose Tables, Views, and optionally Stored Procedures (like eConnect sprocs). That's a lot of metadata for your Agent to load - so be sure to check out the syntax for the Object Filter and Additional Parameters connection dialog: https://help.scribesoft.com/scribe/en/index.htm#sol/conn/sqlserver.htm
Here's a blog that might push you in the right direction: https://www.scribesoft.com/blog/2015/09/extending-integration-to-gp/
Additionally, you might prefer to use Views or Native Queries based on some of the T-SQL from this page: https://victoriayudin.com/gp-reports/
I hope this helps!
