Hi, I am receiving an error on connecting with CRM online.I have attached the screenshot as well.I am using Version 188.8.131.52197 and it has perpetual license.
We had this issue too with a client and per Scribe Support: Microsoft has recently pushed a CRM online update that is slowly rolling out to customers which is causing connections to fail. If you are trying to connect to CRM online you will need to upgrade scribe to insight 7.9.3 and install the 5.6 CRM adapter for the connection to continue working.
Depends on your comfort level with upgrades. You can handle, or your partner, or you can use support.
