It may be an issue with your NetSuite Account. NetSuite has strict limits on the number of connections that can be made simultaneously. If you have more than one Solution accessing NetSuite at the same time, it could cause errors. You may need to stagger the Solution schedules.
Take a look at the API limits section of the Scribe Online Connector For NetSuite Help for more information.
I have a solution, which contains 10 maps. The maps are all similar except they each filter for a subcategory of the main data-set. The data is transferred from NetSuite to IBM Watson, and the solution runs daily.
This has been working fine, but recently the solution stops on every run, reporting various errors.
Note that all of my other NetSuite/IBM solutions, using the same connectors, run without issue; it is only this solution.
"The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly."
"The request was aborted: The request was canceled. "
"Only one request may be made against a session at a time "
My question is, do you have suggestions as to how to configure the maps in this solution? Should I have less maps and more solutions? Or is there something I can do with the connector ... different page size, paging? Thank you.
And note that I can run each map manually, individually, without issue.
