We decided to recreate the solution. We copied the process step in a new solution… with the same connector… and it works.
Resetting the metadata didn’t serve us.
There is a hotfix for this. Please open a case with support using the buttons at the bottom of the home page. We need to collect some specific information regarding your environment.
