How can I make a new .dxp file?

I have a intended template .dxp file.

And I want to make a new .dxp file by old one for automated connecting with a temporary .csv file.

In detail, when I open the .dxp file then that file will be connected with a .csv file in other directory.

Do I have to develop with Spotfire Adapter or Enterprise SDK?

If then, how can I make?

I saw the documentation about Datasource class. Is that right?

Thank you.

Thanks for the clarification. You should be able to create a script for this using the link for replacing the data table. You can also script saving the dxp as one or multiple dxps:

There may be a better way of doing this with automation services though, if anyone else wants to answer.

@ijames

Thank you for your comments.

Can I ask a question?

For example, in directory A, there is an old intended template .dxp file.

I have lots of datasource files, so when i wanna see graph and table etc...

1. Open the .dxp files in directory A

2. Connect with "unique" .cvs file in directory B, C ...

(There is a 1 .cvs File in 1 Directory)

this is the process.

I wanna automate this process for just executing .dxp file.

Do you have an idea?  :)

Is it work that copying .dxp file to all directory which has .cvs file??

Did you want to automate the data table source change without user intervention? Would Automation services work?

https://docs.tibco.com/pub/sfire_autsvcs/7.8.0/doc/html/TIB_sfire_autsvc...

Or did you want to add a button to an analysis to fetch different data. e.g.

Actually, I want to make "replace data table" option to be automated.
